摘要
变应性鼻炎作为耳鼻喉科常见病,其高效和安全的治疗方案一直是耳鼻喉科研究重点之一,中医治疗本病在疗效及安全性两方面均具有一定的优势,其中小青龙汤是临床常用于治疗此病的方剂,已被证明具有良好的疗效。本文主要总结了近十年国内外小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究,主要从小青龙汤单方治疗、联合其他药物治疗、联合其他外治法治疗、临床经验总结、与哮喘合并的临床研究及小青龙汤临床应用的安全性六个部分来进行综述,并对目前小青龙汤临床研究现状进行简述。
Allergic rhinitis is a commonly and frequently encountered disease in ENT department.Its effective and safe treatment has always been one of the key points of Otolaryngology research.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in both efficacy and safety in treating this disease.Xiaoqinglong Decoction is a prescription commonly used in clinical treatment of this disease,which has been proved to have good curative effect.This article mainly summarizes the clinical research of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on allergic rhinitis at home and abroad in the past ten years,and summing up the current clinical research status of Xiaoqinglong Decoction.
