摘要
目的:调查住院老年卒中患者失能现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用《老年人能力评估标准表(试行)》对住院治疗的202例老年卒中患者的能力等级现状进行调查,并采用有序多分类Logistic回归分析住院老年卒中患者能力等级的影响因素。结果:在202例研究对象中,有162例(80.2%)存在不同程度失能,其中轻度失能84例(41.6%),中度失能44例(21.8%),重度失能34例(16.8%)。本研究结果显示,年龄、文化程度、经济收入、疾病复发、伴随有痴呆、残疾、精神疾病以及不同慢病种数是住院老年卒中患者能力等级的影响因素。结论:住院老年卒中患者能力受损率较高,应早期识别各种影响因素并给予针对性干预。
Objective:To investigate the disability status of the elderly stroke inpatients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A disability status survey,involving 202 elderly stroke inpatients,was conducted by the capacity assessment standard table for the elderly(trial).Ordinal and multinomial logistic regressions was used to analyze the influencing factors of disability status of the elderly stroke inpatients.Results:Among the 202 participants,the Incidence of disability was 80.2%(162/202).The specific degree of disability was mild 41.6%(84/202),moderate 21.8%(44/202),and severe 16.8%(34/202).Ordinal and multinomial logistic regressions showed that age,education degree,Income,disease recurrence,dementia,deformity,mental illness and number of chronic diseases were the Influencing factors affecting the disability of the elderly stroke inpatients.Conclusion:The incidence of disability is high in hospitalized elderly patients with stroke.Various influencing factors should be identified early and targeted intervention should be given.
