摘要
目的调查河南省5所高等院校本科护生居家线上学习情况并分析相关影响因素,为全球化疫情防控时期高等护理教育者的线上教学提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年6月至8月选取河南省1080名本科护生作为研究对象,使用自行编制的一般资料调查表、本科护生居家线上学习现状简易调查表对其进行线上调查。结果39.17%的本科护生学习效果比较差,51.39%的本科护生学习效果一般,9.44%的本科护生学习效果比较好;3.15%的本科护生居家学习缺乏无线网络,63.24%的本科护生居家学习缺乏稳定的无线网络,仅33.61%的本科护生居家学习具有通畅的无线网络;36.39%的本科护生不愿意参加线上考试,45.28%的本科护生线上考试意愿保持中立,仅18.33%的本科护生愿意参加线上考试。有序多分类Logistic回归分析显示,是否具有清晰的护理职业规划、护理专业态度、成绩在本专业的排名是本科护生居家在线学习效果的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论本科护生居家线上学习情况不容乐观,居家线上学习环境不佳,线上考试意愿偏低,且受多重因素影响。护理教育者应采取措施提升教师的线上教学能力,并引导学生制订清晰的护理职业规划,转变学生的职业态度并提高学生的学习能力,以提升线上学习效果。
Objective To investigate the online learning at home situation of undergraduate nursing students in 5 universities in He'nan Province and analyze its influencing factors to provide reference for the online teaching of higher nursing educators in the period of global epidemic.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 1080 undergraduate nursing students in He'nan Province from June to August 2020.The general information questionnaire and the questionnaire of online learning status of undergraduate nursing students were used for online investigation.Results There were 39.17%,51.39%and 9.44%of undergraduate nursing students had poor,general and good learning effect.And 3.15%of students lacked wireless network,63.24%lacked stable wireless network and only 33.61%had unobstructed wireless network for home-based learning.About 36.39%of students were unwilling to participate in online examination,45.28%of students had general willingness to participate in online examination,and only 18.33%were willing to participate in online examination.The multi-classification logistic regression analysis showed that there were some main factors which influenced online learning effect(P<0.05),such as whether having a clear nursing career planning or not,nursing professional attitude,and the grade ranking.Conclusion The online learning situation of undergraduate nursing students is not well,the learning environment is poor and the online examination willingness is low,which were affected by multiple factors.Nursing educators should take measures to improve teachers'online teaching ability,guide students to formulate clear nursing career planning,change their professional attitude and improve their learning ability,so as to improve online learning effect.
