摘要
脑胶质瘤发生率较高,且由于其发病部位的特殊性,目前临床实践结果表明,该病包括手术、放疗、化疗等在内各种治疗方法疗效不佳,成为全身预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,研究者通过对脑胶质瘤细胞的分子领域研究发现,调控与之相关的信号通路,可促进脑胶质瘤细胞的吞噬、凋亡,抑制脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖、转移,并基于这些来研究出相关的药物。与脑胶质瘤相关的信号通路较多,该文就近年来研究较热、较多的信号通路给予综述,为脑胶质瘤细胞的信号通路研究提供理论依据。
The incidence of glioma is relatively high,and due to the particularity of the location of the disease,the current clinical practice results show that the treatment of glioma,including surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and so on,is not effective,and it has become one of the worst prognosis of malignant tumors.In recent years,through the molecular research of glioma cells,researchers have found that the regulation of related signaling pathways can promote the phagocytosis and apoptosis of glioma cells,and inhibit the growth and metastasis of glioma cells.Based on these original researches,relevant drugs have been developed.There are many signaling pathways related to glioma.This paper reviews the signaling pathways that have been studied more and more in recent years,so as to provide theoretical research for the signaling pathways of glioma cells.
