摘要 远程教育的优势在于对教育资源的整合利用,满足不同群体的实际学习需求。基于当下我国远程教育迅猛发展,引入成人自主学习问题并开展分析,对远程教育高质量发展意义重大。然而现阶段关于远程教育环境下影响成人自主学习的因素等方面研究相对较少。基于该问题的基本特点,提出若干优化措施:营造良好趣味网络学习环境、创新教学形式、拓展开放教育资源、强化内部教师队伍建设及巩固远程教育成果等。同时,从学习本质与过程方面入手,构建远程教育情境体系,从主观和客观层面提出应对策略,为后续相关研究提供参考。 The advantage of distance education lies in the integration and utilization of related resources to meet the needs of different levels.Based on the speed of the development of distance education in China,it is very important to introduce and analyze the problem of adult learning.However,there are relatively few researches on the factors affecting adult autonomous learning in distance education environment.Based on the present situation of this problem,the author puts forward some optimization measures,such as creating a good interesting network learning environment,opening up educational resources in innovative teaching forms,and strengthening the construction and consolidation of internal teachers.At the same time,from the aspect of learning essence and process,this paper analyzes the artistic conception and dynamic design of autonomous learning,and puts forward a variety of methods and models to improve adult autonomous learning,which provides a reference for future related research.
