摘要
该文从干气密封的气源问题、操作方面、机组/工艺参数、设计方面、辅助系统、摩擦磨损、辅助密封圈等多个方面统计分析了干气密封失效的主要原因,并给出了针对性的预防措施和维护建议。基于统计知识搭建了多智能体干气密封监测系统,该系统已应用于**石化芳烃部3#重整装置K3201、K3202-1、K3202-2、K3202-3共4台压缩机干气密封。通过实时监测数据、历史数据、特征图谱分析,利用密封失效数据库和专家知识,开发的干气密封运行状态监测系统,为机组稳定运行及日常运维提供了数据支撑,对机组稳定运行具有保障作用。
The main causes of dry gas seal failure are analyzed statistically from the aspects of air source problem,operation,unit/process parameters,design,auxiliary system,friction and wear,auxiliary seal ring,etc.,and specific preventive measures and maintenance suggestions are given.Based on the dry gas seals of 4 compressors in the No.3 reforming unit K3201,k3202-1,k3202-2 and k3202-3 of the aromatics department of**petrochemical company,a seal monitoring system was built and a remote monitoring platform for the dry gas seal operation data was established.By collecting real-time monitoring data curve,historical data,characteristic graph analysis,fault warning signal,analysis report,expert knowledge,etc.,and using seal failure database and expert diagnosis system,the operation status evaluation of dry gas seal is carried out,which provides technical basis for stable operation of the unit.The on-line monitoring system of dry gas seal status is innovative and industry-leading,which can guarantee the stable operation of the unit.
