摘要
分析蜡油加氢装置循环机K602浮环密封存在的问题,提出采用干气密封进行改造。介绍干气密封改造时,密封形式、密封气源和控制及联锁方案的选择以及转子的加工方法。蜡油加氢装置循环机K602干气密封的改造成功,提高了机组的安全性能和经济性能。
The problems of the floating seal for recycle hydrogen compressor K602 of wax oil hydrogenation unit were analyzed,a solution to transform the floating seal with dry gas seal was proposed.The form of seal,air supply of seal ,the method of control and interlock,processing method of rotor were introduced when transforming the dry gas seal.The safety performance and economic performance of recycle hydrogen compressor K602 of wax oil hydrogenation unit were increased with the successful transformation of dry gas seal.
