摘要
某新建的干气密封试验台进行高速运行时发现有剧烈振动,这严重影响了干气密封的运行工况要求。经分析发现:在高速下的剧烈振动是由轴与轴套之间的松动引起的。为此,运用有限元软件ANSYS进行轴与轴套之间的过盈量与过盈应力计算,并确定了实际装配的公差,设计了拆卸结构,实验表明,振动满足实际运行的要求且拆卸结构合理可行。
There exists severe vibration during the process of high-speed operation for a newly-built dry gas seal test-bed, which seriously affects the operating conditions that dry gas seal requires. After analysis, it was found that obvious vibration at high speeds is caused by gaps between the shaft and shaft sleeve. The magnitude of interference and stress of interference were calculated for the shaft and shaft sleeve using ANSYS software, and the actual assembly tolerances were then determined and the demountable structure was designed. The results reveal that the vibration meets the requirements of the actual operation and the demountable structure is reasonable and practicable.
