摘要
通过分析干气密封结构特点,找出K2401离心式压缩机干气密封出现带油问题的原因,提出干气密封带油问题改造方法。改造后的干气密封取得了良好效果,彻底消除了干气密封带油故障。
Causes for oil seepage problem in dry gas seal on the K2401 centrifugal compressor were found by analyzing the structure characteristics of dry gas seal,and reconstruction method was put forth.Good effect was obtained after the reform on the dry gas seal,and the oil seepage fault was completely eliminated.
