摘要
文中所述基于物料检测的抓斗起重机控制系统包括物料检测元件、物料信息处理模块和工控机;物料检测元件用于采集现场物料分布数据,并将现场物料分布数据发送到工控机,现场物料分布数据包括现场物料堆放高度信息和/或现场物料图像处理数据;物料信息处理模块用于处理物料检测元件上传到工控机的现场物料分布数据,并根据现场物料分布数据生成相应的操作指令,物料信息处理模块设置在工控机上;工控机用于发送操作指令到抓斗起重机,以供抓斗起重机执行相应的抓取或投放物料操作。文中通过检测物料堆放的分布状态,为抓斗起重机提供准确的物料抓取或投放位置,提高抓斗起重机的智能化水平。
The control system of grab crane based on material detection includes material detection element,material information processing module and industrial computer.The material detection element is used for collecting the distribution data of on-site materials and sending the data to the industrial computer,wherein the on-site material distribution data includes the stacking height information of on-site materials and/or the image processing data of on-site materials;The material information processing module is used for processing the distribution data of on-site materials uploaded by the material detection element to the industrial computer,and generating corresponding operation instructions according to the distribution data of on-site materials,and the material information processing module is on the industrial computer;The industrial computer is used to send operation instructions to the grab crane,so that the grab crane can grab or put materials.In this paper,by detecting the distribution state of material stacking,it provides the grab crane with accurate material grabbing or placing position,and improves the intelligence of grab crane.
