摘要
对联合储库用自动运行物料搬运系统进行了概述,概述联合储库的存储方式,主要介绍了自动运行物料搬运系统的组成和功能,简单介绍了系统的应用情况。联合储库用自动运行物料搬运系统,采用新式机械构造设计、新型自动控制系统,使联合储库用物料搬运系统自动化程度有了质的提高,不同于普通的物料搬运系统,自动运行物料搬运系统主要在于能够结合厂内其他设备,根据运行指令自动运行,大大减少了操作人员数量,降低了操作人员成本,提高了物料搬运系统自动化水平,推动工厂自动化发展。
This paper summarizes the automatic material handling system for joint storage and the storage mode of joint storage,with emphasis on the composition and functions of the automatic material handling system,and briefly introduces application of the system.By adopting a new mechanical structure design and a new automatic control system,the automatic operation of the material handling system for joint storage can significantly improve the automation of the material handling system for joint storage.The main difference between automatic material handling system and ordinary material handling system is that it can be used together with other equipment in the factory and automatically run according to operation instructions,which greatly reduces the number and cost of operators,improves the automation level of material handling system and promotes the automation development of the factory.
