摘要 为应对工业化发展需求,对多种大型工业起重运输设备进行集中远程实时监测,设计实现了一套适用于起重机械的通用型远程监控中心系统。采用B/S体系结构搭建了监控中心系统架构,针对大型工业起重运输设备的特殊性与一般性,基于用户需求设计了起重运输机械通用监控关系数据库,根据系统的高实时性要求制定了数据通信解析方案。以斗轮机为对象,实现了包含实时监测、数据查询、故障报警、预测评估等功能的监控中心系统网站。 To meet the needs of industrial development and perform centralized, remote and real-time monitoring of vari- ous large industrial lifting and transportation equipment, a general-purpose remote monitoring center system suitable for lifting appliances is designed. The monitoring center system framework is built with B/S architecture ; a general monitoring relational database for lifting and transportation machinery is designed based on users' demand with consideration to the particularity and generality of large industrial lifting and transportation equipment ; a data communication parsing plan is made according to the high real-time performance of the system. With bucket wheel machine as the object, a monitoring center system website is set up with functions including real-time monitoring, data query, fault alarm and forecast evaluation.
