摘要
地方本科高校已逐渐成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。但其在人才培养中存在定位不清、与实践脱节、专业设置更新慢等问题,制约了地方本科高校的发展。X大学基于OPCE创新教育理念,经过长期的探索与实践形成了“产学研教创”育人模式。该模式通过打造“产创联通”育人路径,夯实“学创课程”育人基础,建立“研创融通”育人制度,形成“教创融合”育人格局,构建大创新育人新机制,为国家应用型创新人才培养提供了范例。
The local colleges and universities have gradually become an important force in our country′s higher education system.However,there are problems in talent training area,such as unclear positioning,out of touch with practice,and slow update of professional settings,which restrict the high-quality development of local colleges and universities.Based on the long-term school-running practice of X University and following the OPCE innovative education concept,the"industry-university-research-teaching-innovation"education mode has been explored and formed.This mode forms a new mechanism for great innovation education,and serves as the example of cultivating the applied innovative talents,with the education path of"industry-innovation connection",the education foundation of"university-innovation curriculum",the education system of"research-innovation integration",and the education pattern of"teaching-innovation integration".
