摘要 在分析新工科教育面临的形势与困境的基础上,针对新工科人才培养存在的人才供需结构失衡、专业设置与产业匹配度不高、实践创新能力不足、课程设置与职业岗位要求不相适应等问题,基于“OPCE”人才培养的创新教育理念,以学生为中心,从“开放·实践·创新”三个维度,构建多方协同的实践育人体系、学科交叉融合的课程体系、“三阶段”教学体系和多元考核评价体系,实施“三模块-三阶段”协同育人模式,培养应用型新工科人才。 Based on the analysis of the situation and dilemma of new engineering education,in view of the problems existing in the training of new engineering talents,such as the imbalance of talent supply and demand structure,the low matching degree between specialty setting and industry,the lack of practical innovation ability,and the incompatibility between curriculum setting and enterprise posts.This paper focuses on the innovative education concept of"OPCE"and takes the students as the center from three dimensions of"openness,practice and innovation".Construct a multi-collaborative practical education system,a curriculum system of interdisciplinary integration,a"three-stage"teaching system and a multi-assessment teaching evaluation system,implement a"three-module and three-stage"collaborative education model,and train new applied engineering talents.
