摘要
高质量师资队伍是建设高质量教育体系的题中之义。作为提升教师专业能力重要途径的师资培训却依然存在组织者体系单一、承办者体系封闭、参与者体系内生动力不足及评估者体系“缺位”问题。原因在于教师培训未形成生态系统。教师培训体系可作为开放的复杂系统来考虑,即教育-经济-社会复合生态系统。基于该系统教育目标(教育质量)、经济目标(经济利润)和社会目标(社会效益)的实现,构建多元培训组织者子系统,开放式培训承办者子系统,建立培训参与者子系统并激活其内生动力,完善培训评估者子系统。发挥利益相关者组成的各子系统间的非线性作用,促使教师培训体系功能最优、效用最佳、风险最小,进入良性循环的动态发展过程。以共生共赢的方式奠基大成。
Challenges exist, such as a single organizer system, a closed organizer system, insufficient endogenous motivation in the participant system, and the “absence” of the elevator system, in high-quality teachers training, an important way to improve teacher’ professional literacy. The root cause lies in the lack of an ecosystem for teachers training that can be considered as an open and complex system, or a complex education-economy-society ecosystem. This research argued that, for the realization of the educational goals(education quality), economic goals(economic profits) and social goals(social benefits) of the composite ecosystem, a multiple teachers training organization system can be established to create a diverse ecological subsystem of teachers training organizers and an open ecological training undertaker subsystem, activate the endogenous motivation of the training participants ecological subsystem, and improve the ecological training evaluation subsystem. The non-linear role of the various subsystems composed of stakeholders is brought into co-play, thus fostering the teachers training system to have the best function and utility in low risks for a dynamic development in a virtuous circle.
