摘要
目的旨在编制社区吞咽障碍老年人预防误吸知信行问卷并检验信效度。方法以知信行理论为基础,通过文献回顾、课题组讨论和两轮Delphi专家函询形成问卷初稿,再经过预调查、正式调查,筛选条目形成正式调查问卷。结果最终问卷由知识、信念、行为三个维度的19个条目组成。总问卷的克朗巴赫α系数(Cronbach’sα)和折半信度分别为0.918和0.784。各维度的Cronbach’sα为0.937、0.922、0.742。条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.830~1.000,问卷水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.970。探索性因子分析显示,各维度公因子累计贡献率为76.555%、73.258%、63.321%。结论社区吞咽障碍老年人预防误吸知信行问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为考量吞咽障碍老年人对预防误吸知信行水平的评估工具。
Objective To establish the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)questio nnaire for the prevention of aspiration by mistake in the elderly with dysphagia in community and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of KAP,the first draft of the questionnaire was established through literature review,discussion of the research group and 2 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence.Then the items were screened and the formal questionnaire was established by pre-investigation and formal investigation.Results The final questionnaire consisted of 19 items in 3 dimensions,which was KAP.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient and split-half reliability of the total questionnaire were 0.918 and 0.784,respectively.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.937,0.922 and 0.742,respectively.The item-content validity index(I-CVI)was 0.830-1.000,and the scale-content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire level was 0.970.Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rates of common factors in each dimension were 76.555%,73.258%and 63.321%,respectively.Conclusion The KAP questionnaire for the prevention of aspiration by mistake in the elderly with dysphagia in community has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool to consider the KAP level for the prevention of aspiration by mistake in the elderly with dysphagia.
