摘要
东盟地区安全治理抗御力是外部压力场域下东盟安全互动的产物。1967年—1978年、1978年—1991年、1991年—2003年、2003年至今,四个时期分别为东盟地区安全治理抗御力的萌芽期、发展期、完善期和成熟期。在不断实践和演进中,东盟地区安全治理抗御力逐步形成与建构。立足特定目标和任务的不同阶段,东盟抗御力强度不断增加,其主导地区安全治理的能力和效用渐趋增强。有鉴于此,我国应始终将发展作为国家治理的关键,着力提升综合实力;加强对国际形势和周边局势的研判,在国际政治中掌握主动权;在建设中国特色社会主义道路中应注重对民族精神的深度挖掘,进一步增强“四个自信”。
ASEAN region security governance resilience which is the product of ASEAN security interaction in the field of external pressure.From 1967 to 1978,from 1978 to 1991,from1991 to 2003 and from 2003 to the present,the four periods are respectively the infancy period,the development period,the improvement period and the maturity period of ASEAN region security governance resilience.In the continuous practice and evolution,ASEAN region security governance resilience has gradually formed and constructed.Based on the different stages of specific goals and tasks,the strength of ASEAN’s resistance continues to increase,and ASEAN’s ability and effectiveness in leading regional security governance which are gradually enhanced.Accordingly,first of all,China should always regard development as the key to national governance,and focus on improving the comprehensive strength.Secondly,we need strengthen the research and judgment of international situation and surrounding situation,and hold the initiative in international politics.Thirdly,in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should pay attention to the in-depth excavation of our national spirits,and further increase the"Four Self-Confidences".
