摘要
当前,东南亚地区已经成为"伊斯兰国"宣传、招募、洗钱的重点对象,印尼、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国、缅甸等国都成为"伊斯兰国"渗透的对象,并有一定规模。与此同时,东南亚恐怖主义出现向我境内渗透及回流的现象,其对我境内的渗透回流和刺激影响不容忽视。如何有效防范应对,是当前我国西南边境地区反恐怖斗争进程中面临的又一重要且紧迫的现实课题。针对此状况,我应坚持情报先行,从源头治理,严打"三股势力"外逃,并加强边境管控,进行国际警务合作,不断提升我打击防范恐怖主义的能力。
At present,Southeast Asia has become the focus of Islamic State propaganda,recruitment,money laundering,Indonesia,Malaysia,the Philippines,Thailand,Myanmar and other countries have become the target of Islamic State infiltration,and a certain scale.At the same time,southeast Asian terrorism has infiltrated and backflowed into China,and its influence on the backflow infiltrated and stimulated within China cannot be ignored,and how to effectively prevent and deal with it is another important and urgent practical issue facing Yunnan in the process of anti-terrorism struggle.In view of this situation,we should adhere to the principle of intelligence first,deal with the "three evil forces" from the source,severely crack down on their flight,strengthen border control,conduct international police cooperation,and constantly improve our ability to fight against and prevent terrorism.
