摘要
目的探讨道德自我概念对职业价值观的影响,以及道德敏感性在其中的中介作用。方法便利抽样选取河南某高校护理本科生306名为研究对象,采用道德自我概念量表、倾向性道德敏感性量表和职业价值观量表对其进行调查。结果护生道德自我概念、道德敏感性和职业价值观得分分别为(97.02±16.34)分、(109.73±23.85)分和(94.04±11.83)分;道德自我概念与职业价值观呈正相关(r=0.511,P<0.01),道德敏感性与职业价值观呈正相关(r=0.480,P<0.01),道德敏感性在道德自我概念和职业价值观之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应量18.6%。结论本科护生的职业价值观处于中上水平,道德敏感性在本科护生的道德自我概念和职业价值观之间起部分中介效应;通过加强道德育人、提升护生的道德自我概念和道德敏感性,可促进护生树立积极职业价值观。
Objective To clarify the influence of moral self-concept on professional values and the mediating effect of moral sensitivity in it.Methods By convenience sampling method,306 nursing undergraduates from a university in Henan Province were selected and investigated with the Moral Self-Concept Scale,the Inclination Moral Sensitivity Scale and the Professional Values Scale.Results The scores of moral self-concept,moral sensitivity and professional values of nursing students were(97.02±16.34),(109.73±23.85)and(94.04±11.83),respectively.Moral self-concept was positively correlated with professional values(r=0.511,P<0.01),moral sensitivity was positively correlated with professional values(r=0.480,P<0.01),and moral sensitivity had a partial mediating effect between moral self-concept and professional values,and the mediating effect accounted for 18.6%of the total effect.Conclusions The professional values of undergraduate nursing students are at the middle and upper levels,and moral sensitivity plays a partial intermediary effect between the moral self-concept and professional values of undergraduate nursing students.Strengthening moral education and improving the moral self-concept and moral sensitivity of nursing students can promote nursing students to establish positive professional values.
