摘要
目的探讨在临床见习中实施主题实践性教学对护理本科生护理职业价值观的影响。方法在临床见习期间对大学一年级178名护理本科生实施主题实践性教学,应用护士职业价值观量表比较教学前后学生职业价值观的变化。结果 95.94%学生认为临床见习中实施主题实践性教学对职业价值观的培养有帮助,主题实践性教学后,学生职业价值观得分高于实施前(P<0.001)。结论在临床见习中实施主题实践性教学可改善护理本科生的职业价值观,建议护理教育工作者将主题实践性教学及早、持续和贯穿护理本科生职业价值观教育的全过程。
Objective To examine the effects theme-based practical education on professional value of under- graduate nursing students.Methods 178 freshmen were trained with the theme-based practical education.The scale of nursing professional value was used to compare the changes before and after the program.Results There were 95.94% of the students thought the theme-based practical education was helpful to improve their professional values.The total score of professional value was significantly higher than those before the program (P<0.001).Conclusion Systematic theme-based practical education has a great positive effect on the development of nursing professional values of undergraduate students.It is suggested that theme-based practical education should be integrated in the education process early and consistently in the whole process.
