摘要
目的 分析快速康复外科护理对甲状腺癌根治术患者的护理效果。方法 以我院收治的76例甲状腺癌根治术患者为试验对象,均选自2019年10月至2021年2月,以抽签法将其分为观察组(38例)与对照组(38例),分别应用快速康复外科护理和常规护理,对比两组患者术后康复情况和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者引流管留置时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间比对照组更短,护理满意度(97.37%)比对照组(78.95%)更高,P<0.05。结论 对甲状腺癌根治术患者在围术期实行快速康复外科护理有助于加速其病情的康复,并营造良好的护患关系。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Methods 76 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital were selected from October 2019 to February 2021.They were divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) by lot.Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing and routine nursing were applied respectively.The postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The retention time of drainage tube,postoperative out of bed activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction (97.37%) was higher than that in the control group (78.95%) (P < 0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy is helpful to accelerate their recovery and create a good nurse patient relationship.
