摘要
目的探讨遗忘曲线理论模型护理对实施甲状腺癌根治术患者应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月期间于我院的200例接受甲状腺癌根治术的患者,按数字随机分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。观察组除常规护理外,接受遗忘曲线理论模型护理,对照组予以常规护理。对比两组患者干预前后应对方式(指标包括:面对、回避、屈服)和生活质量(指标包括:情感、生理、功能、社会/家庭、总分)评分改善情况以及两组患者满意度情况。结果干预后,两组生活质量评分和应对方式评分均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组甲状腺癌患者生活质量评分和应对方式评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺癌根治术患者总满意率(99.00%)显著高于对照组(92.00%)(P<0.05)。结论遗忘曲线理论模型护理能有效改善实施甲状腺癌根治术患者的应对方式,提升患者的生活质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of forgetting curve theory model nursing on coping style and quality of life of patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,200 patients with thyroid cancer undergoing radical surgery admitted in our hospital were selected were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 100 patients each.In addition to conventional nursing,the observation group received forgetful curve theory model nursing,while the control group received conventional nursing.The scores of coping styles(indicators include:facing,avoiding,and yielding)and quality of life(indicators include:emotional,physiological,functional,social/family,and total scores)of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared,as well as the satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the quality of life scores and coping style scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the quality of life scores and coping style scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients with thyroid cancer undergoing radical surgery in the observation group(99.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The forgetting curve theory model nursing can effectively improve the coping style of patients with thyroid cancer undergoing radical surgery,and enhance their quality of life and patient satisfaction.
