摘要
目的:探讨基于叙事理念的护理干预在甲状腺癌手术患者中的应用及对依从性的影响。方法:选取合肥市第二人民医院2021年6月—2023年6月收治的120例甲状腺癌手术患者进行回顾性研究,以护理方式的不同分组。对照组(n=60)进行基础常规护理干预,观察组(n=60)在对照组基础上接受基于叙事理念的护理干预。比较两组满意度、依从性、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性良好率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),依从性差率(1.67%)低于对照组(15.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺癌患者接受手术治疗过程中给予基于叙事理念的护理干预,能提升其依从性和满意度,利于术后恢复,有效提高生活质量,减轻焦虑情绪。
Objective:To explore the application of nursing intervention based on narrative concept in patients underwent thyroid cancer surgery and its influence on compliance.Method:A total of 120 thyroid cancer surgery patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected for a retrospective study,grouped by different nursing methods.The control group (n=60) received basic routine nursing intervention,and the observation group (n=60) received nursing intervention based on narrative concept on the basis of the control group.Satisfaction degree,compliance,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The good compliance rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%),and the poor compliance rate (1.67%) was lower than that of the control group (15.00%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on narrative concept in thyroid cancer patients receiving surgical treatment can improve their compliance and satisfaction,facilitate postoperative recovery,effectively improve quality of life,and reduce anxiety.
