黑曲霉菌液对苎麻副产物与水稻秸秆混合青贮的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探究黑曲霉对苎麻副产物与水稻秸秆混合青贮的影响,将苎麻副产物、水稻秸秆、蔗糖按80∶18∶2的比例混合均匀,分别加入5%、10%、15%、20%的黑曲霉菌液(指菌液体积与青贮原料质量之比),以不添加黑曲霉菌液作对照,青贮30 d后开包取样进行感官评分、发酵品质、营养品质分析。结果表明:添加黑曲霉菌液的混合青贮饲料中干物质和粗蛋白含量均有所提高,其中以添加15%黑曲霉菌液的效果最好,干物质(DM)和粗蛋白(CP)含量分别为30.69%和16.62%,显著高于对照;除粗脂肪(EE)外,添加15%黑曲霉菌液混合青贮饲料中中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、纤维素(CEL)含量均显著低于CK;添加黑曲霉菌液的混合青贮料pH值均显著低于CK,其中以添加15%黑曲霉菌液的pH值最低,乳酸最高,氨态氮与总氮比值最低,V-Score评分最高。 In order to study the influence of Aspergillus niger on the quality of mixed fermentation of ramie byproducts and rice straw,5%,10%,15%and 20%Aspergillus niger liquid(v/m 0)were respectively added into the mixture of ramie byproducts,rice straw and sucrose(80∶18∶2),with no addition of Aspergillus niger liquid as CK;each treatment group was set six replicates;30 days later the silages were sampled for sensory evaluation and analyses of fermentation quality and nutrient quality.The results showed that the contents of dry matter(DM)and crude protein(CP)increased and the pH value significantly reduced in the mixed silages added with Aspergillus niger liquid,compared with CK.Especially,the 15%Aspergillus niger treatment group produced the best effect:DM content was 30.69%and CP 16.62%,significantly higher than CK;except for ether extract,the contents of neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and cellulose were significantly lower than CK;in addition,it resulted in the lowest pH value,the highest lactic acid level,the smallest ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen and the highest V-Score grade.
