不同比例多年生黑麦草与紫花苜蓿混合青贮对发酵品质和营养成分的影响 被引量:14

Effects of mixed silage in different proportions of Lolium perenne L.and Medicago sativa L.on fermentation quality and nutrient composition

摘要 为了研究不同比例多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)与紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)混合青贮对发酵品质和营养成分的影响,试验采用完全随机设计,将多年生黑麦草(A)与紫花苜蓿(B)分别以质量比10∶0(A_(10)B_(0)组)、6∶4(A_(6)B_(4)组)、5∶5(A_(5)B_(5)组)、4∶6(A_(4)B_(6)组)和0∶10(A_(0)B_(10)组)进行青贮,各组设置3个重复;于青贮40 d后测定各组发酵质量(pH值,乳酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量,氨态氮/总氮及V-Score评分)和营养成分[干物质、粗蛋白、可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、粗脂肪]含量。结果表明:A_(10)B_(0)组pH值、乙酸含量、丙酸含量和氨态氮/总氮均最低,丁酸未检测到,而乳酸含量(3.36%)最高;A_(0)B_(10)组pH值、乙酸含量、丙酸含量、丁酸含量和氨态氮/总氮均最高,而乳酸含量最低。各组pH值、乙酸含量和氨态氮/总氮均随紫花苜蓿比例的增加呈现显著上升趋势(P<0.05);乳酸含量均随紫花苜蓿比例的增加呈现显著下降趋势(P<0.05);丙酸含量在0.24%~0.29%之间,变化不明显。从V-Score评分来看,A_(10)B_(0)组和A_(6)B_(4)组的V-Score评分较高,分别为92.31分和85.66分,等级为良好;A_(5)B_(5)组和A_(4)B_(6)组的评分居中,等级为尚可;A_(0)B_(10)组的评分最低,等级为不良。A_(10)B_(0)组可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分和粗脂肪含量均最高,但粗蛋白含量最低,显著低于其他4组(P<0.05)。A_(0)B_(10)组可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分和粗脂肪含量均最低;但粗蛋白含量最高,显著高于其他4组(P<0.05)。各组粗蛋白含量随紫花苜蓿比例的增加而升高,可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分和粗脂肪含量均随紫花苜蓿比例的增加而降低。其中A_(6)B_(4)组的可溶性碳水化合物含量显著高于A_(4)B_(6)组(P<0.05);略高于A_(5)B_(5)组,但� To investigate the effects of different proportions of mixed silage of Lolium perenne L.and Medicago sativa L.on fermentation quality and nutritional value,a completely random design was used.The mass ratio of Lolium perenne L.(A)to Medicago sativa L.(B)was set to 10∶0(group A_(10)B_(0)),6∶4(group A_(6)B_(4)),5∶5(group A_(5)B_(5)),4∶6(group A_(4)B_(6))and 0∶10(group A_(0)B_(10))for silage with 3 repetitions in each group.The fermentation quality(pH values,contents of lactic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and V-score)and nutrient composition(contents of dry matter,crude protein,soluble carbohydrates,neutral detergent fiber acid detergent fiber,crude ash and crude fat)were measured after 40 days of silage.The results showed that the pH value,the contents of acetic acid,the contents of propionic acid,and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen were the lowest in the group A_(10)B_(0);Butyric acid was not detected,while lactic acid content was the highest.The pH value,acetic acid content,propionic acid content,butyric acid content and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen were the highest in the A_(0)B_(10) group,while lactic acid content was the lowest.The pH value,acetic acid content and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in each group showed a significant upward trend with the increase of the ratio of Medicago sativa L.(P<0.05).Lactic acid content was significantly decreased with the increase of the ratio of Medicago sativa L.(P<0.05).The content of propionic acid was between 0.24%and 0.29%and the change was not obvious.In terms of V-Score,the V-Scores in the group A_(10)B_(0) and group A_(6)B_(4) were the higher,which were 92.31 and 85.66 respectively,indicating good grade.The V-Scores in the group A_(5)B_(5) and group A_(4)B_(6) were in the middle,and the grade was medium.The V-Scores in group A_(0)B_(10) was the lowest,and the grade was bad.The contents of soluble carbohydrate neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,crude ash and curde fat in the group A_(10)B_(0) wer
