稳定生产风电球墨铸铁件的技术要点(2) 被引量:1

摘要 分析了厚大断面风电球墨铸铁件的主要生产难点,从原材料的选择、化学成分的选择、熔炼控制、球化处理及孕育处理工艺、合金及微量元素的控制、预处理技术的应用、工艺设计、现场控制等方面提出了获得优质铁液的技术途径及稳定化生产的技术控制要点,指出:(1)要稳定批量生产出合格的耐低温冲击球墨铸铁件,需要选择低磷、低硫和低微量元素的生铁以及低氮和低微量元素的优质碳素钢,严格控制C、Si、Mn、Mg和RE等元素的含量,选用合适的球化剂和孕育剂以及相应球化孕育工艺,严格控制熔炼和浇注过程;(2)对原铁液进行预处理或加入适量的Sb能有效地改善球化率和增加石墨球数量,从而改善铸件的力学性能。 The main production difficulties of thick and large-section wind power nodular iron castings were analyzed,from the selection of raw materials,selection of chemical composition,smelting control,nodularizing treatment and innoculating process,control of alloy and trace elements,application of pretreatment technology,process design,production site control,the technical control points of obtaining high quality iron liquid and stable production were proposed.It was pointed out:(1)For stable batch production of qualified low temperature impact nodular iron,it was needed to choose pig iron containing low phosphorus,low sulfur and low trace elements and high quality carbon steel containing low nitrogen and low trace elements.Strictly controlled the content of C,Si,Mn,Mg and RE elements,chose appropriate nodularizing agent and innoculating agent and corresponding nodularizing innoculating process,strictly controlled the smelting and pouring process.(2)Pretreatment of the base iron liquid or adding an appropriate amount of Sb could effectively improve the nodularity rate and increase the number of nodules,thus improving the mechanical properties of the casting.
