利用3D打印技术生产燃气轮机叶片铸件

摘要 介绍了P型叶片的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采取球面分型,铁液在叶片较薄的一侧通过长缝式内浇道沿铸件整个侧面进入型腔,在铸件的另一侧设置长缝式溢流口,确保铁液均衡凝固,平稳充型,利于杂质上浮;采用开放、立式浇注系统,使用冒口补缩无冷铁工艺方案;使用3D打印技术,整体成型,保证铸件加工基准,有效控制铸件尺寸,提高铸件的尺寸精度;采用8 t中频炉熔化铁液,采用喂线球化处理及孕育处理工艺。生产结果显示:共投产80件,铸件废品率为6.25%,外观质量良好,铸件尺寸精度、金相组织及力学性能均达到技术要求。 The casting structure and technical requirements of the P-type blade were introduced.The production process of the casting was described in detail:the spherical parting was adopted,and the molten iron entered the mold along the entire side of the casting through the long slot inner runner on the thinner side of the blade.In the cavity,a long-slit overflow was set on the other side of the casting to ensure balanced solidification of molten iron and stable filling,which was conducive to the rise of impurities.An open vertical pouring system was adopted.Used riser,without chilled iron feeding plan.Used 3D printing technology,integral molding to ensure the benchmark for casting processing.Effectively controlled the size of the casting,and improved the dimensional accuracy of the casting.A 8 t intermediate frequency furnace was used to melt the molten iron,and the wire feeding spheroidizing treatment and inoculation treatment process were adopted.The production results showed that:a total of 80 pieces had been put into production.The casting rejection rate was 6.25%.The appearance quality was good and the dimensional accuracy,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the castings all met the technical requirements.
