摘要
结合北京东六环导改路在交通枢纽盖挖逆作法结构顶板上进行路基回填的工程实例,对通过技术控制手段解决盖挖结构顶板承载力有限、路基结构复杂、挡墙受力转换、不利气候影响等问题,采用泡沫轻质土、模块化加筋土挡墙、再生骨料混合基材等先进材料及工艺保证整体施工进度及质量。总结出1套实用有效的针对复杂环境下既有盖挖逆作法结构顶板上方路基回填的技术控制要点,为今后此类型施工提供技术参考。
Combined with the engineering example of roadbed backfilling on the reverse roof structure of the cap excavation in the east sixth ring road of Beijing,the problems such as limited roof bearing capacity,complex roadbed structure,force conversion of retaining wall and adverse climate influence can be solved by means of technical control.Advanced materials and technologies such as foam lightweight soil,modular reinforced soil retaining wall and recycled aggregate mixed base material are adopted to ensure the overall construction progress and quality.A set of practical and effective technical control points for the backfilling of subgrade above the roof of the existing cap excavation structure in complex environment are summarized,which provides technical reference for this type of construction in the future.
