摘要
目的:探讨健脾化痰汤联合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将普宁市中医医院2019年3月-2021年6月收治的101例COPD稳定期患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组50例予以健脾化痰汤治疗,观察组51例在对照组基础上予以益肺灸治疗,观察两组的临床疗效、呼吸困难改善程度、肺功能及免疫功能指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率(92.16%)高于对照组(78.00%)(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组改良呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化痰汤联合益肺灸治疗COPD稳定期可以改善患者免疫功能,减轻呼吸困难程度,促进肺功能恢复,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with Yifei moxibustion on the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:According to the random number table method,101 patients with stable stage of COPD treated in Puning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to June 2021 were divided into observation group and control group.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with Jianpi Huatan Decoction,and 51 patients in the observation group were treated with Yifei moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of dyspnea,pulmonary function and immune function indexes of the two groups were observed.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(92.16%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the score of modified british medical research council(mMRC)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8^(+) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with Yifei moxibustion in the treatment of stable stage of COPD can improve the immune function,reduce the degree of dyspnea,promote the recovery of pulmonary function and improve the clinical curative effect.
