基于物联网云平台的肺康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期老年患者的干预效果 被引量:5

Intervention effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on IoT cloud platform for elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的 研究基于物联网云平台的肺康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期老年患者的干预效果。方法 选取航天中心医院于2019年1月至2021年1月收治的127例COPD稳定期老年患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=63)与观察组(n=64),分别行常规护理、基于物联网云平台的肺康复护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、呼吸困难程度(mMRC)评分、肺功能指标及自我管理能力(ESCA)评分。结果 观察组护理总满意率为95.31%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV)、最大呼气流速(PEF)及FEV/FVC均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后12个月mMRC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后6个月及12个月ESCA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 老年COPD稳定期患者应用基于物联网云平台的肺康复护理,可提高患者自我管理能力,促进肺功能恢复,改善呼吸困难症状。 Objective To study the intervention effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on Internet of things cloud platform on elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 127 elderly patients with stable COPD treated in Aerospace Center Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group(n=63) and observation group(n=64) according to random number table method. They received routine nursing and lung rehabilitation nursing based on Internet of things cloud platform respectively. The nursing satisfaction, dyspnea score(mMRC), pulmonary function index and selfmanagement ability(ESCA) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.31%, higher than 77.78% in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV), maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF) and FEV/FVC in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The mMRC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 12 months after nursing, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The ESCA scores of the observation group at 6 and 12 months after nursing were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing based on Internet of things cloud platform in elderly patients with stable COPD can improve their self-management ability, promote the recovery of pulmonary function and improve the symptoms of dyspnea.
