基于循证实践的高校思政课教学评价范式新探 被引量:9

摘要 传统的高校思政课教学评价活动中存在工具理性遮蔽价值理性、强势主体主导评价过程、评价局限于“经验主义”和“有限数据”、评价方法机械化和简单化等现实困境。造成上述困境的主要原因是教学评价受管理主义和知识中心主义支配而游离于评价目的之外且没有跳出“方法中心”的科学主义惯性思维。高校思政课教学评价与循证实践在理念、原则和实施上高度契合。基于循证实践,高校思政课教学评价范式应实现“四个转向”:价值取向从“方法中心”转向“学生中心”、评价主体从“一元主导”转向“多元协同”、评价标准从“经验”“数字”转向“多维证据”、评价方法从“同而不和”转向“和而不同”。循证实践视域下的高校思政课教学评价范式应突出以学生的学习效果为评价重点,以学生的课堂教学表现、课外实践表现和自主学习表现构建“多维证据”体系,提高评价的全面性、客观性和有效性。 There are some practical difficulties in the traditional teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,such as instrumental rationality overshadows value rationality,strong subjects leads the evaluation process,and evaluation whose methods are mechanized and simplistic,which is limited to“empiricism”and“limited data”.The main reason for the above dilemma is that teaching evaluation is dominated by managerialism and knowledge centralism,divorcing from the purpose of evaluation,which doesn’t jump out of the scientific inertial thinking of“method center”.The teaching evaluation of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is highly consistent with evidence-based practice in the aspect of concept,principle and implementation.Based on evidence-based practice,the new paradigm of ideological and political education teaching evaluation in colleges and universities should realize“four turns”:value orientation from“method centered”to“student-centered”,evaluation subject from“unitary leading”to“multiple cooperation”,evaluation standard from“experience”and“number”to“multi-dimensional evidence”,evaluation method from“same but different”to“different but harmony”.From the perspective of evidence-based practice,the new paradigm of teaching evaluation of ideological and political course in higher education should focus on students’learning effect,constructing a“multidimensional evidence”system based on students’classroom learning performance,extracurricular practice performance and autonomous learning performance,so as to improve the comprehensiveness,objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation.
