摘要
新时代背景下的住院医师规范化培训工作面对着诸多挑战,而线上教育具有不可比拟的空间优势,该文分析和探讨了核医学科住院医师的科研能力培养的需求、线上文献学习活动在核医学科住院医师培养中的作用、科研能力培养工作中存在的问题,并对线上文献学习工作的形式及教学效果进行总结。
The standardized training of resident physicians faces many challenges in the new era.Online education has incomparable spatial advantages.This article analyzes and discusses the needs of research ability training for nuclear medicine residents,the role of online literature learning activities in the training of nuclear medicine residents,and the problems in the training of scientific research ability.We have also summarized the forms and teaching effects of online literature learning.
