摘要
核医学科是集功能测定、放射性核素诊断及治疗为一体的现代医学学科,其综合性强且发展迅速。随着分子影像设备的广泛应用,核医学在临床诊断和治疗中的作用日益凸显,社会对该学科的人才需求快速增长。如何高效培养出符合规范的、高质量的核医学医生成为核医学发展的重要课题。该文通过总结广州医科大学附属第一医院核医学科住院医师规范化培训教学过程中的经验,为核医学住院医师规范化培训工作提供参考。
Nuclear medicine is a modern medical discipline that includes functional testing,radionuclide diagno-sis,and treatment.It is also a highly comprehensive discipline.In recent years,with the continuous popularization of molecular imaging equipment,the discipline has developed rapidly.In order to meet the growing demand for talents,how to efficiently train standardized and high-quality nuclear medicine doctors is a major challenge faced by the current development of nuclear medicine.This article summarizes the experience and understanding of the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical Univer-sity,and provides reference and direction for the standardized training of nuclear medicine residents.
