摘要
为了解决重介质旋流器分选效果不佳的问题,利用数值模拟软件对旋流器内部悬浮液分布及分选颗粒分布情况进行模拟分析,发现旋流器内部轴向截面内密度分布呈现对称的趋势,其对称轴为模型的轴线;同时发现不大于0.02 mm的在一段溢流口,大于0.03 mm的在二段底流口分布较多。靠近溢流口附近的颗粒密度较大,为选煤厂高效生产作出一定的贡献。
In order to solve the problem of poor sorting effect of heavy media cyclone, numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the distribution of suspension and sorted particles inside the cyclone, and it was found that the density distribution in the axial section inside the cyclone showed a symmetrical trend, and its symmetry axis was the axis of the model. At the same time, it was found that particles no larger than 0.02 mm were distributed in the overflow port of the first section and more than 0.03 mm in the bottom flow port of the second section. The particle density near the overflow port is higher, which makes a certain contribution to the efficient production of coal processing plant.
