摘要
针对传统有压三产品重介质旋流器分选难选或极难选煤时精度低的问题,开发了一、二段均带锥角的双锥有压三产品重介质旋流器;在中兴选煤厂的应用表明,相比传统旋流器,新型旋流器分选精度高,能耗低,能有效分选难选煤,提高了炼焦煤选煤厂的整体回收率。
Aiming at the low separation precision of the conventional 3- product HM cyclone with pressurized feeding,a new one developed,in which the equipment being double-coned; its application at Zhongxing coal preparation plant denoted that, in comparison with traditional one, it gives highly precised separation,low energy consumption,capable of separation of difficult coal, thus, the overall concentrate recovery of coking coal preparation plant increased.
