摘要 为了探究新型煤泥重介旋流器的对细粒煤的分选效果,并探索较为合理的旋流器结构参数及工艺参数,分别采用传统的圆锥型煤泥重介旋流器和新型圆筒型煤泥重介旋流器对0.5~0.25mm粒级的细粒煤进行分选试验,通过原煤、精煤、中煤分组化验,对两种结构的旋流器分选效果进行评定。结果表明:圆筒型煤泥重介旋流器的分选效果优于圆锥型重介旋流器。 In order to study the separation effect of a new type fine heavy medium cyclone on fine coal,and explore the reasonable structural parameters and technological parameters of fine heavy medium cyclone,0.5~0.25mm fine grained coal was separated by conical heavy medium cyclone and cylindrical heavy medium cyclone.The separation effect of fine heavy medium cyclone with two structures was evaluated by grouping tests of raw coal,cleaned coal and medium coal.The results show that the separation effect of cylindrical heavy medium cyclone is better than that of conical heavy medium cyclone.
