摘要
正通选煤厂重介质悬浮液密度主要采用密度壶检测,存在滞后现象,集控上位机界面显示与现场存在较大的误差,影响人员的操作判断和正常的洗选生产。采用模糊计算法、PLC程序设计、数据量模拟计算等技术研究开发了重介质密度控制系统,将分流阀、补水阀、介质添加量等数据传送到云数据决策支持中心,通过智能决策以及在线监测,并通过大数据平台为重介系统的运行提供智能分析与精确指导,实现选煤厂重介洗选密控系统的自动调节,稳定了悬浮液的密度,保证洗选出合格的商品煤,提高了精煤回收率和经济效益。
The density measurement of the current heavy medium system in Zhengtong Coal Preparation Plant mainly uses the density pot on site, which has a hysteresis phenomenon. There is a large error between the interface display of the centralized control host computer and the site, which affects the operation judgment of personnel and the normal washing production.. This research and application realizes the intelligentization of the dense medium sorting system. Using fuzzy calculation method, PLC program design, and data volume simulation calculation, the data such as diverter valve, water replenishment valve, and medium addition amount are transmitted to the cloud data decision support center. Decision-making and online monitoring, and provide intelligent analysis and accurate guidance for the operation of the heavy medium system through the big data platform, realize the automatic adjustment of the dense medium washing and separation secret control system in the coal preparation plant, stabilize the density of the suspension, and ensure that the washing is qualified. commercial coal, improve the recovery rate of clean coal and economic benefits.
