摘要
为了方便生产调度管理,减少调度员记录数据繁琐、重复的工作,石圪台选煤厂调度员利用计算机软件自主研发了调度管理系统和检修工单系统。石圪台选煤厂调度管理系统将日常各类生产数据进行了记录、统计方便查询,各项数据录入可多次多处同时使用,实现了选煤厂生产数据的集成和共享。通过录入的数据可自动计算出各生产系统产率、自动生成产量产率报表;系统对数据进行整合、分析形成曲线,用以指导生产;通过产量曲线对比差异及时查找原因并进行问题整改。日常检查设备发现的隐患录入检修工单系统,方便生产车间录入、检修车间浏览查询查看,检修作业后反馈,生产车间确认检修完成情况,调度员负责审核,形成设备隐患检查、检修、反馈闭路循环。信息化调度管理方便石圪台选煤厂调度员日常各类数据记录,优化了工作方式,减少了工作量,有效提高了工作效率。
In order to facilitate the production scheduling management and reduce the tedious and repetitive work of the dispatcher’s record data,the dispatcher of the Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant has developed the scheduling management system and the overhaul tickets system independently by using the computer software. The dispatching management system of the Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant records and counts all kinds of daily production data for convenient query. Each data can be input at one time for many times and used at the same time,which realizes the integration and sharing of production data of the coal preparation plant. Through the input data,the production rate of each production system can be calculated automatically and the production rate report can be generated automatically. The system integrates and analyzes the data to form a curve to guide the production. Through the comparison of production curve differences,the causes can be found in time and the problems can be rectified. The hidden dangers found in the daily inspection of the equipment are entered into the maintenance work order system,which is convenient for the production workshop to enter,the maintenance workshop to browse,query and view. After the maintenance operation,the production workshop confirms the completion of the maintenance,and the dispatcher is responsible for the review. To form a closed cycle of equipment hidden danger inspection,maintenance and feedback,which not only records maintenance work but also reflects maintenance quality. The information dispatching management is convenient for the daily data records of the dispatchers in the Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant,optimizing the working mode,reducing the workload and effectively improving the work efficiency.
