摘要
采用在轮胎胎体配方中应用塑解剂的方法,通过小配合实验与车间大试验证,研究了环保型塑解剂对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,加入塑解剂的混炼胶门尼粘度降低、焦烧时间延长、加工性能改善、胶料的加工安全性提升;硫化后胶料与钢丝的粘合力与轮胎的整体性能均提升。
Applying peptizer in tire carcass formula,the effect of environment friendly peptizer on tire performance was studied by small batch experiment and large scale workshop experiment.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the compound with peptizer was reduced,the scorch time was prolonged,the processability was improved,and the processing safety was improved.After vulcanization,the adhesion between rubber and steel wire and the overall performance of tire were improved.
