摘要
研究环保型塑解剂A86在天然橡胶(NR)中的应用。结果表明:随着塑解剂A86用量的增大,NR塑炼胶的门尼粘度下降,塑解剂A86用量以0.3份为宜;在NR中加入0.3份塑解剂A86,可以有效降低胶料的门尼粘度,提高塑性稳定性,对硫化胶的物理性能影响不大,成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能达到国家标准要求。
The application of environment-friendly peptizer A86 in natural rubber （NR） was investigated. The results showed that, as the addition level of peptizer A86 increased, the Mooney viscosity of masticated NR decreased, and the optimal addition level of peptizer A86 was 0.3 phr. By adding 0.3 phr peptizer A86 in NR compound, Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased effectively, plastic stability was improved, and physical properties of the vulcanizates changed little. The endurance and high speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
