摘要
研究3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线的性能及其在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用效果。结果表明:与0.22+6+12×0.20HT钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小,单位直径和线密度的破断力增大,渗胶性能提高,工艺性能优良;与0.22+6+12×0.20HT钢丝帘线成品轮胎相比,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线成品轮胎的强度、耐久性能和胎圈耐久性能提高,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低制造成本。
The properties of 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord and its application effect in the carcass of truck and bus radial tires were investigated.The results showed that,compared with 0.22+6+12×0.20HT steel cord,the diameter and linear density of 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord were lower,the breaking force per unit diameter and the breaking force per unit linear density increased,the compound permeability was improved and the processing performance was good.Compared with the finished tires with 0.22+6+12×0.20HT steel cord,the finished tires using 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord had improved strength,durability and bead durability,while reducing tire weight and manufacturing costs.
