摘要
职业师范院校课程思政体系构建对于体现课程思政育人特色、形成课程思政育人合力、打造课程思政育人模式、提升课程思政育人成效具有重要意义。围绕立德树人的根本任务,以国家教育政策为引领,以职业院校和社会专业人才需求为导向,立足于地方产业经济发展,准确定位职业师范院校的办学方向,重新审视职业师范院校的育人特色和课程思政体系的育人价值,系统构建包含目标体系、内容体系、教学体系、评价体系和保障体系在内的职业师范院校课程思政体系。该体系的实施路径为:落实立体责任,打造课程思政育人共同体;确立培养目标,重构人才培养方案;依据体系指导,进行课程思政教学设计;促进能力提升,开展课程思政教学培训。
The construction of courses for ideological and political education system in vocational normal colleges is of great significance to reflect the characteristics of courses for ideological and political education,form a joint force of curriculum ideological and political education,create a courses for ideological and political education model,and improve the effectiveness of it.Focusing on the fundamental task of morality education,guided by the national education policy,guided by the needs of vocational colleges and social professionals,and based on the development of local industrial economy,accurately locate the direction of running vocational normal colleges,and reexamine the educational characteristics of vocational normal colleges and the educational value of the curriculum ideological and political system,and systematically build a curriculum ideological and political system including the goal system,content system,teaching system,evaluation system,and guarantee system in vocational normal colleges and universities.The implementation paths of the system are as follows:implement the main responsibility and create a community of ideological and political education for courses;establish training goals and reconstruct the talent training plan;guide and design courses ideological and political teaching according to the system;promote ability improvement and carry out course ideological and political teaching training.
