盘扣式满堂支架构件结构分析验算

摘要 承插盘扣式满堂支架包括支撑脚手架和作业脚手架,而支撑脚手架支模方式是现浇箱梁上部结构施工过程中较为常见的一种施工方法,支架的承载能力和稳定性以及架体构件的强度刚度直接影响着施工安全及箱梁的质量。结合某匝道桥现浇箱梁满堂支架搭设施工方案实例,分别采用MIDAS CIVIL有限元整体建模计算及理论解析法两种计算方法对该满堂支架进行验算分析,将有限元计算结果与解析法计算结果进行对比,结果表明架体构件强度有限元计算结果较理论解析结果偏小,而架体构件刚度有限元计算结果较理论解析结果偏大。建议对于MIDAS CIVIL有限元计算结果与容许值相对接近的支架需进行解析法复核。本研究旨在为类似工程施工方案设计验算提供一定参考。 Socket and turnbuckle full hall support includes support scaffold and operation scaffold,and the formwork support method of support scaffold is a common construction method in the construction of cast-in-situ box girder superstructure.The bearing capacity and stability of support and the strength and stiffness of frame components directly affect the construction safety and the quality of box girder.In this paper,combined with the example of the construction scheme for the erection of the full support of the cast-in-situ box girder of a ramp bridge,MIDAS CIVIL finite element overall modeling calculation and theoretical analysis method are used to check and analyze the full support respectively.The finite element calculation results are compared with the analytical method.The results show that the finite element calculation results of the strength of the frame members are smaller than the theoretical analysis results,The finite element calculation results of frame member stiffness are larger than the theoretical analysis results.It is suggested that the supports with MIDAS CIVIL finite element calculation results relatively close to the allowable value should be reviewed by analytical method.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the checking calculation of construction scheme design of similar projects.
