摘要
基于西安北三环与太华路立交现浇箱梁工程施工,介绍了承插型盘扣式钢管支架布置方法。经过调整支架模板布置形式、支架搭设、支架预压、支架拆除、支架结构验算,进一步完善了工艺流程。通过理论验证和实践发现,在现浇箱梁施工中选用承插型盘扣式钢管支架具备可行性和可靠性,研究成果可作为钢管支架在桥梁工程中应用的参考。
Based on the construction of the cast-in-place box girder project of the interchange between the North Third Ring Road and Taihua road in Xi'an,the layout method of the socket disc buckled steel pipe support is introduced.After adjusting the layout form of support formwork,support erection,support preloading,support removal and support structure checking,the process flow is further improved.Through theoretical verification and practice,it is found that it is feasible and reliable to select socket disc buckled steel pipe support in the construction of cast-in-place box girder.The research results can be used as a reference for the application of steel pipe support in bridge engineering.
