摘要
以某高架桥左幅第九联为例进行满堂(盘扣式)支架设计与验算,得到以下结论:对于混凝土箱梁,其箱底是决定满堂(盘扣式)支架承载能力最为核心的部位,通过对箱梁端部和箱梁跨中(实心段)盘扣式钢管支架受力进行分析,得到荷载下箱梁端部和跨中部分盘扣式钢支架的底模强度、横梁强度、纵梁强度以及支架受力稳定性均满足要求;支架基础采用15cm厚C20混凝土和30cm厚砖渣,通过力学验算,验证了地基承载力满足力学要求,也说明该满堂支架设计方案合理,可以采用。
Taking the ninth section on the left part of an overpass as the example,the design and check calculation of a( ring lock) full framing are made. The following conclusion can be obtained: as for the concrete box beam,the bottom is the most crucial part that decides the load-bearing capacity of the( ring lock) full framing. The load-bearing capacity of ring lock steel tube framing on the top of box beam and midspan( solid core section) of box beam is analyzed. We can obtain that the strength of basement membrane,strength of cross beam,strength of longitudinal beam and force stability of framing of ring lock steel framing on the top of box beam and midspan part under the load meet the requirements; C20 concrete with thickness of 15 cm and brick dregs with thickness of 30 cm are adopted for the foundation of framing. Through the check calculation of mechanics,it verifies that the load-bearing capacity of the foundation can meet the requirement of mechanics,and it also shows that the design scheme for the full framing is reasonable,which can be adopted.
