摘要
新建武汉至十堰铁路崔家营汉江特大桥(79+6×135+79)m预应力混凝土连续梁桥,施工时采用钢管桩支架法,并运用有限元分析软件MIDAS Civil建立了支架体系计算模型,该支架在施工完成后,还可作为连续梁挂篮法施工过程中的墩梁固结装置。采用此施工方法可以保证施工质量和安全,并且提高工效,对同类项目有很好的借鉴意义。
In the construction of the(79+6×135+79)m prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge of Hanjiang super large bridge in Cuijiaying of Wuhan Shiyan railway,the steel pipe pile support method was used,and the support system calculation model was established by using the finite element analysis software MIDAS civil.After the completion of the construction,the support can also be used as the pier beam consolidation device in the construction process of the continuous beam hanging basket method.This construction method can ensure the construction quality and safety,and improve the work efficiency,which has a good reference for similar projects.
