摘要
目的:探究医护助患一体化病房管理模式在骨科术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年2月长沙市第四医院收治的156例下肢骨折患者,依照单双数法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各78例。对照组患者给予常规护理模式,观察组患者给予医护助患一体化病房管理模式。将两组患者的并发症发生情况、康复时间及住院时间进行比较。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后康复时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护助患一体化病房管理模式有助于降低骨科手术患者并发症发生率,缩短患者康复时间、住院时间,缓解疼痛症状,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the integrated ward management model of physician,nurse,assistant and patient in rehabilitation nursing after orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 156 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number method,with 78 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group were given the integrated ward management model of physician,nurse,assistant and patient.The incidence of complications and hospitalization-related indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated ward management model of physician,nurse,assistant and patient can help reduce the incidence of complications in orthopedic surgery patients,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and relieve pain symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
