摘要
目的探讨医护一体化模式在地市级医院骨科快速康复中的效果。方法本科自2015年开始采用医护一体化护理模式,患者住院期间由医生护士共同参与管理,共同评估、诊断、计划、实施和评价,使医护一体化工作模式贯穿患者住院的全过程。比较使用医护一体化模式后与使用前患者的平均住院日、住院患者满意度。结果 2016年患者平均住院日(10.81±0.70)d显著低于2014年的(12.55±1.89)d,患者满意度得分(97.43±0.86)分显著高于2014年的(95.19±1.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化在骨科患者中的应用,可增进医护协助,促进护士专业知识的提高,减少术后并发症,促进患者快速康复,提高住院患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application and effect of medical care integration model in rapid rehabilitation of Department of orthopedics in municipal hospital. Methods Since 2015 our department began use the integrative model of doctors and nurses. Doctors and nurses will assess,diagnosis,plan,implement and evaluate using the medical integration mode to manage the hospitalized patients throughout the entire process of hospitalization. The average length of stay and satisfaction of inpatients were compared with the corresponding period of 2014. Results The average hospital stay(10.81 ± 0.70） d in 2016 was significantly lower than that(12.55 ± 1.89） d in 2014; The score of patient satisfaction(94.43 ± 0.86） was significantly higher than that(95.19 ± 1.91） in 2014 and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of medical integration in Department of orthopedics patients enhanced medical assistance,promoted nurses＇ professional knowledge increased,reduced the postoperative complications and promoted the rehabilitation of patients,improved patient satisfaction. It is worthy of popularization and application.
