摘要
目的:建立具有上海市静安区特色的中西医慢病并轨式基本公共卫生服务的信息化系统,推进中医特色慢病健康管理。方法:通过文件检索和专家访谈法形成中医参与慢病一体化管理规范和服务流程。采用现代信息技术开发中医参与慢病一体化管理的服务平台。结果:形成中西医结合的慢性病健康管理模式,发展中医保健服务,推进“互联网+”中医健康管理。结论:以信息化手段将中医与基本公共卫生服务相融合,既能解决中医服务人才少的难题,又可使居民接受中西结合的健康管理服务。
Objective To establish the information system of integrated basic public health services of TCM and western medicine for chronic diseases with the characteristics of Jing’an District,and to promote the health management of chronic diseases with the characteristics of TCM.Methods The standard and service process of comprehensive management of chronic diseases participated by TCM were formed by document retrieval and expert interview.The modern information technology was used to develop the service platform for the integrated management of chronic diseases participated by TCM.Results The mode of chronic disease health management integrating TCM and western medicine was formed,health care services of TCM were developed,and"Internet+"health management of TCM was promoted.Conclusion The integration of TCM and basic public health services by information means can not only solve the problem of insufficient talents in TCM service,but also enable residents to accept the health management services integrating TCM and western medicine.
