摘要
目的评价北京市海淀区卫生学校中职护理专业内科护理学基于任务驱动的线上教学改革效果。方法2020年2—7月随机选取我校2018级中职护理专业学生3个班的内科护理学成绩资料纳入分析。根据内科护理学上下两学期采取的不同教学方法,分为对照组(上学期)和实验组(下学期)。对照组(上学期)采用传统面授教学方式,实验组(下学期)采用基于“腾讯课堂联合蓝墨云班课”教学平台的任务驱动式线上教学模式开展教学活动。结果两组及格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组的总评成绩(83.7±8.5)分和优秀率(55.3%)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于“腾讯课堂联合蓝墨云班课”的任务驱动式内科护理学线上教学模式效果显著,可作为中职护理专业课线下教学模式的补充。
Objective To evaluate the effect of task driven online teaching reform of internal medicine nursing in secondary vocational nursing major of Haidian District Health School in Beijing.Methods From February to July 2020,the scores of internal medicine nursing in three classes of 2018 secondary vocational nursing students in Haidian Health School were randomly selected for analysis.According to the different teaching methods adopted in the first and second semesters of internal medicine nursing,it is divided into control group(last semester)and experimental group(next semester).The control group(the students in last semester)were given the traditional face-to-face teaching mode,while the experimental group(the students in next semester)were given the Task-Based Learning online teaching mode based on the tencent classroom and blue ink cloud class.Results There was no significant difference in the passing rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total score(83.7±8.5)points and excellent rate(55.3%)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion the Task-Based Learning online teaching mode based on the tencent classroom and blue ink cloud class can be used as a supplement to the traditional teaching mode of medical nursing course for students in Secondary Vocational School.
